Asylum Jam 2k14

This past Halloween, I had the honor of working with some AMAZING people to create a horror visual novel in 48 hours.

This year, Asylum Jam took place from October 30th to November 2nd, with teams given the challenge to create a horror game in 48 hours. After posting the game, players can vote and rate the games, pushing their favorites to the top of the list.

Saving Zoey, which you can play on GameJolt, is the story of you, Kelly, a girl trying to find her younger sister, Zoey, after she runs off in a haunted house. With the help of one of the workers, will you be able to save Zoey before it's too late? The game features HD resolution, an original soundtrack, 3 endings + multiple gameovers, and much more!

This game does have a bit of gore (all thanks to our wonderful background artist!!), so you've been warned.

For this visual novel, I edited the script and created the above banner. (By create, I mean placed the awesome text made by our GUI artist over a game still made by our background artist lolz. XD)

Check out some more stills from the game!
